WAYS TO WEAR (with or without the matching belt):
1) LET LOOSE- embrace the natural shape of this style style that allows you to go with the flow.
2) BELT TO BOW- pull the belt through both openings of the front tabs and knot into a bow at front for a cinched effect.
3) BELT SOLO- Pull the belt behind your back so it is touching the back of your waist. Pull the belt ends through the front tabs and knot at the front to show off your curves.
4) BELT IT OUT- Wrap the belt completely around your body at waist without tucking in through the front tabs Lift excess fabric over belt for a looser, relaxed vibe.

FIT/STYLE AND SIZING INFO
-Relaxed, flowy fit made to accommodate multiple sizes- can be tightened to enhance shape with the matching belt
. -The OG version of this dress was called the FLOW. It was a 'ONE SIZE' style meant to fit sizes 0-18/20. This updated version is maxi length (we changed the name to CASA CAFTAN, but the design is still the same).
SIZE TWO fits the same as the original version, while SIZE ONE is slightly shorter and narrower (better for petite customers or those who want a bit less flow in the fabric of this caftan (which is generally an oversized style). See size chart below for best fit.
-Once on the body, the stretchy, soft fabric of the flow will drape beautifully and will not appear as a ‘tent-like’ style. As this style is meant to fit those with different shaped heads and bodies, the neckline is open enough for a customer who is a larger size with a wider neck shape. As a result, it may be more open on someone with a smaller neck/head circumference.
-This version has a front facing zipper that will open up to a mid chest (perfect for nursing.) Based on your personal modest preferences, if you prefer a ‘V’ neck option, open the zipper up to the length of your choice and tuck in the top corners. Pull it closed for the 'round neck' version of this style.

-best fit for petite or those who want a bit less flow to the frock. Please keep in mind that the styles of caftans are meant to be loose and flowy in general, so sizing down will not make it a 'fitted' style. If your size number overlaps with the larger size option, go for size two if you are taller,
SIZE TWO: 10/12/14/16/18/20
-better for taller customers or those who like the the look of a more relaxed-fit caftan.
For example, I (Rachel, the designer of Linear) am 5'5 and typically wear size 6 or 8. I prefer the longer length and drama of fabric in SIZE TWO and wear it belted at the narrowest part of my waist. I can easily fit into SIZE ONE as well, but I prefer the look of the OG version's flow.
PLEASE NOTE-
1)Ultimate effort was made into matching the actual colors of these dresses to the images you see on site. The ruffle and dress may appear as two slightly different shades in some of the photos while they are in fact the same color. Flash photography has caused the main base of the dress to appear lighter and brighter than it actually is. While we tried to match it up as best as we could, please refer to the. ‘Ruffles’ for color accuracy.
LENGTH/ WIDTH GUIDE: Approx lengths for the CASA CAFTAN dress are taken from uppermost part of shoulder to the bottom of the ruffle hem. We measured using the same method for the sleeve hole opening. Double the width for complete circumference around the body. All measurements are taken when dress is on a flat surface.

GUIDE TO FINDING YOUR MEASUREMENTS:
LENGTHS- Place a measuring tape at the center point of one of your shoulders where your neck curve meets your shoulder (Also known as HPS- High Point Shoulder). The '0' (zero) on the tape should be your starting point. Drop the tape and let it hang. It helps to look in a full length mirror to determine the length that suits you (If you prefer above, on or below the knee). For reference, average lengths (depending on your height) fall between 37-41inches on size XS. Since everyone's torso/leg lengths are different (even if two people are the same height), coverage length can never be exact. For all styles, we list the approximate lengths of our dresses measured from HPS. Please check the lengths to see if they work for you.
WIDTHS: Chest/Waist- Position the '0' (zero) of the measuring tape underneath one armpit aligning it as much as possible with the center part of your bust. Wrap around the circumference of your chest area until the tape matches point zero from the backside. For waist, center it on the narrowest part (usually right below the ribcage) and complete the same process as above. Keep in mind that knits (stretchy styles) can accommodate widths that are broader than the listed dimensions due to fabric forgiveness, while wovens (fabric with minimal or no stretch) will only 'give' to a certain point. Usually, patterns are adjusted to work for sizing when the fabric is woven.
Hips- Repeat steps for measuring Chest, but start at the widest point of hips.
Arms- Repeat steps for measuring Chest, but start under armpit and measure around biceps of styles with an actual sleeve to see if the upper part is wide enough for upper arms (vs a drop sleeve or caftan)
. To measure the LENGTH of the arms on CAFTANS or those styles without defined sleeve hole openings, start at the HPS to the area below your elbow where you would prefer sleeves to stop.

-WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept returns on all items that have not been altered, worn (showing signs of stains/makeup/snags from jewelry/ scents from perfume or body odor), washed or damaged by the customer within 14 Days of receiving your purchase (based on tracking info). If you received your order by mail, simply return the item(s) at your own expense and your order will be refunded.
If items are returned with any signs of alteration, wear, washing or damage, OR it is missing part of the full garment (i.e. BELT that comes with the dress style or brand hangtag) the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense. We will first contact the customer to let them know that their return does not meet our qualifications (if item shows signs of wear, missing components of product, or is damaged in any way by the customer, we send an explanation of the issue + images via text/email provided on the order by the customer).
Once the customer is aware that we can not process the return, they have the option to have it sent back (at their expense) to them or allow us to donate the 'damaged' item. (they will not receive a refund as we can no longer put this item back in stock on site). If they choose to have their item/s returned, we will need to send an invoice for the return shipping fee. Once paid, the return will be shipped back to the customer.
We reserve the right to place a 10-25% restocking fee on any returned merchandise that does not meet our return qualifications based on specific return circumstances. The customer will be notified if this is the case and the percentage deducted based on the individual situation.
-WHAT IF THE WRONG ITEM IS SENT OR HAS A DEFECT?
We apologize if we accidentally send you the wrong item. We have a 3 step process to ensure that the order gets to the correct destination, but on rare occasions mistakes are possible. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order to let us know about the mixup. Please include a note with the name,email used at the time of your order and mention of the error so we can process it correctly. We will reimburse your original shipping fee once returned and will immediately send out the correct item to you.
If you received an item that was damaged in any way, please let us know immediately. Quality control is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Contact us via phone or email if you have any additional questions.
-CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, we can not process exchanges through our site. You can reorder the item you choose (at any time) in the size/color of your preference based on stock availability on this site. You may return your orginal order (at your own expense within the return time frame) and will be refunded once it has been received.
